These Terms of Use govern use of thewordisalive.church, the website of Word Alive Church International (“WACI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

About this website

This site shares information about our church, worship services, events, ministries, and opportunities to connect. Information may change, and we may update, remove, or suspend content or features. Please contact the church to confirm details that are important to your visit or participation.

Respectful and lawful use

Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, send spam or abusive content, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, or collect others’ personal information without authorization. We may limit access or decline requests that misuse the website.

Forms and ministry requests

Provide accurate information and contact details when submitting a form. If you submit information on another person’s behalf, obtain appropriate permission. Parents or guardians should handle requests for children.

Submitting a contact, prayer, spiritual guidance, visitor, covenant partner, or other ministry form does not guarantee a particular response time, acceptance, or service. Website forms are not monitored as emergency channels. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.

Prayer and spiritual guidance content is for ministry purposes. It does not replace medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and website use does not create a professional counseling relationship.

Transportation requests

A Request A Ride submission is a request for the transportation team to review; it is not a confirmed reservation. Rides depend on availability, scheduling, and confirmation from the team. Please wait for direct confirmation before relying on transportation. Discuss pickup details and any relevant needs directly with the team. These website terms do not serve as a transportation liability waiver or replace any separate arrangements communicated by the church.

Website content

Church names, logos, text, images, recordings, and other website content belong to WACI or the applicable rights holders unless otherwise indicated. You may view and share links to the site for personal, noncommercial purposes. For reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of content, request permission from the church or the relevant rights holder. These terms do not limit uses permitted by law.

Your submissions

You remain responsible for material you submit and for having permission to share it. Submitting a private message allows the church and its service providers to receive and use it to respond to the request and carry out the related ministry purpose, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not, by itself, grant permission to publish your personal story, prayer request, or contact details publicly.

External links and online giving

The site may link to or display content from third parties, including online giving, video, maps, and social media services. Those providers control their services and may have separate terms and privacy policies. Review them before using the service or supplying information. A link does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of an external service.

Donations made through an external giving platform are processed under that platform’s terms and the church’s applicable giving procedures. Contact the church with questions about a donation or receipt. These terms do not promise tax deductibility or establish a refund policy.
